Parsis Holding was established in 2013 (1392 in the Iranian calendar) by the private sector with the aim of producing petroleum products in the special economic zones of eastern and southern Iran. With an initial investment of over 10,000 billion rials, the company constructed a refinery on a 14-hectare site, which is now ready for operation. Parsis is currently implementing development plans to increase its production capacity, expected to be completed within the next year.
To complete its value chain, the company has also expanded into transportation, industrial waste management, and solar power generation. All products are manufactured using domestic raw materials and are intended for both domestic consumption and export.
The company’s five-year vision includes the development of similar facilities in border provinces and the creation of at least 5,000 new job opportunities.

Furthermore, through the implementation of development projects to increase production capacity and the establishment of subsidiary companies in transportation, industrial waste management, and solar power generation, it has made significant strides in completing the value chain and ensuring sustainability in its activities.
